IVECO’s new Daily 4x4 lineup is making its public debut at the IAA Commercial Vehicles 2018 event, which takes place from 20 to 27 September in Hannover, Germany. The new Daily models join several other on- and off-road vehicles, including the Stralis X-Way, on display at the company’s Adventure Park area. The Daily 4x4 series represents IVECO’s “go-anywhere” lineup of vehicles, which features new van models, all-wheel drive options, manual and automatic transmissions, and more. Every Daily 4x4 is built in-house by IVECO, which means shorter wait times and more extensive warranties for customers.
Daily 4x4 Trucks
The new IVECO Daily 4x4 truck is available as a cab, a crew cab, or a chassis cowl with gross vehicle weight (GVW) options of 3.5, 5.5, and 7 tonnes. All models come with a 180-horsepower, 3-litre Euro VI engine and the option of either a Hi-Matic automated transmission with 16 forward gears and two reverse gears or a manual transmission with 12 forward gears and two reverse gears. You also have the choice of twin wheels for an all-road configuration or single wheels for an off-road configuration. Safety features include all disk brakes backed up by an anti-lock braking system (ABS) and electronic stability programme (ESP).
Daily 4x4 Vans
IVECO’s lineup of new Daily 4x4 vans offer the same engine and transmission options as the trucks and GVWs of 5.5 and 7 tonnes. For the twin-wheel all-road version, cargo box volumes range from 16 up to 18 cubic metres, and for the single-wheel off-road version, they range from 9 to 18 cubic metres. The van configuration that IVECO calls “top of the range” is a 7-tonne model that supports a maximum payload of 4,300 kilograms.
You’ll find hundreds of used IVECO vans and trucks for sale on TruckPaper, including nearly new Daily and Stralis models.
